Meaning: if so, if that’s the case, that being the case (अगर ये बात है तो…, अगर एैसा है तो….)

名詞＋なら is also used apart from 条件形　conditional form when the speaker takes the up the topic introduced by the other person and gives some information on it.

Example sentences:

• 「温泉に行きたいんですが、どこかいい所がありませんか。」「温泉なら白馬がいいですよ。」
• `Onsen ni ikitai ndesuga, doko ka ī tokoro ga arimasen ka.’`Onsen’nara hakuba ga īdesu yo.’
• “I want to visit a hot spring resort, don’t you know any good place?” “If that the case, Hakuba would be good for hot spring.”
• “मैं एक गर्म पानी के झरने में जाना चाहता हूं, लेकिन क्या कोई अच्छी जगह है?” “अगर एैसा है तो, हाकुबा एक अच्छा गर्म पानी का झरना है।”
