Meaning 1: looks like. (…..ऐसा लगता है की, …..मुझे लगता है की)
When the look /appearance of a thing leads you to supposition, you can state your supposition using this pattern.
Formation:
動詞ます形・いー形容詞（い）・なー形容詞（な）＋そうです。
Verb ますform / いーadjective (い）/なーadjective (な）＋そうです
Meaning 2: I hear that…. （मैने सुना है की …., ….के अनुसार)
This expression is for conveying information you have obtained from another source without adding your own point of view. When the source of the information is given, it is indicated by ～によると (according to ~), placed at the beginning of the sentence.
Formation:
普通形＋そうです。
Plain form +そうです

- 今にも雨が降りそうです。
- Imanimo ame ga furi-sōdesu.
- It looks like it will rain any moment.
- ऐसा लग रहा है कि जल्द ही बारिश होगी।
